PUPPY HEALTH & WARRANTY
Haus-Neufus proudly provides a two-year warranty on every German Shepherd puppy we sell. Our warranty reflects our commitment to responsible breeding and to the health and well-being of the Long Coat German Shepherd puppies produced through our breeding program.
TWO-YEAR GENETIC HEALTH WARRANTY
If, within the warranty period, a licensed veterinarian determines that your Haus-Neufus puppy has a genetic condition that would prevent the dog from living an otherwise normal and happy life, Haus-Neufus will provide a replacement puppy of equal value in accordance with the terms of our puppy agreement.
HIP & ELBOW WARRANTY
Hip and elbow health is an important consideration within our German Shepherd breeding program.
For conditions involving the hips or elbows, evaluations must be determined by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA). If the puppy is determined to have a qualifying hip or elbow condition covered by our warranty, Haus-Neufus will provide a replacement puppy of equal value in accordance with the terms of the puppy agreement.
LIFETIME RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR DOGS
Our responsibility to the German Shepherds we produce does not end when a puppy leaves our home.
If at any point a buyer is unable to keep their Haus-Neufus puppy or adult German Shepherd for any reason, the buyer agrees to give Vom Haus Neufus the first option to take the dog back.
This helps us remain connected to the dogs produced through our breeding program and ensures we have the opportunity to assist if a family's circumstances change.
